Ra's Life Well, no one did actually I had a wake-up call at 6:10 a.m. to go to my first day of work. BUT, I woke up suddently and completely at 1:15 a.m. and have been up since. Another beautiful day in Kigali, the clouds have rolled in and that 'every day in April/May' rain forecast might be true today. Cost of 'living' is all over the map. a 1.5 liter bottle of water at the hotel restaurant is $7, for $10 the spa offers a one hour massage, and it's 5$ for an hour lesson with the tennis pro...
